Policy Advisory Group 

 

The role of the PAG, as set out in our Framework Document, is “to articulate to the Board of the NHSLA the view of member bodies on the development of all schemes under the Authority’s administration … in particular, the nature of the benefits from the schemes, the basis for assessing contributions, procedures for handling claims, risk management criteria and other matters appertaining to the trusts more generally”. Members represent a wide range of interests within the NHS, including acute trusts, PCTs, Strategic Health Authorities, Ambulance Trusts and non-executive Board  members.

The chairman of the PAG is Dr John Drury and a current list of PAG members is available in our Annual Report. Minutes of recent PAG meetings are also available once they have been approved at the following meeting.
