Stakeholder involvement
The NHSLA has two stakeholder groups from which it obtains advice and assistance. The Professional Advisory Panel has the remit of representing the interests of NHS professionals in the NHSLA’s work while the Policy Advisory Group represents the interests of member NHS bodies such as NHS trusts, PCTs and Strategic Health Authorities.
The NHSLA also carries out a biannual satisfaction survey, in order to obtain feedback from a wider spectrum of its members. The next survey is due to take place towards the end of 2006.
The NHSLA seeks to deal promptly with any concerns from its stakeholders on an informal basis. Where necessary, however, our formal complaints procedure may be invoked.
