There are two documents containing Frequently Asked Questions relevant to the NHSLA and CNST Risk Management Standards and assessment processes.

The first is relevant to all NHSLA Risk Management Standards including those for Acute Trusts, Primary Care Trusts, Independent Sector Providers of Primary Care, Ambulance Trusts and Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Trusts.

The second is relevant to the CNST Maternity Clinical Risk Management Standards only.

Organisations are encouraged to refer to these in their preparations for assessment. Any further questions should be referred to the organisation's allocated Risk Management Assessor.
