Safety, Learning & People

The Safety and Learning Service supports the NHS to build a safety and learning culture through its work in learning from claims. It brings together individuals and organisations to learn and collaborate, and disseminates best practice guidance developed by Safety and Learning Advisory Groups. The aim is to improve outcomes by reducing harm and to improve patient and staff safety. The People function relates to the management of the NHS LA’s human resources.
