Medical contract dispute resolution
With effect from 1 August 2011 (and as such, available on this website from September), all decisions will include the names of the parties. Where the decision contains "personal sensitive data", this will be redacted in order to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Please note that this change will not apply retrospectively.
Decisions
