Corporate

The NHSLA has a Board consisting of a Chairman, four non-executive directors, a Chief Executive and a Director of Finance. Details are available in our current Annual Report and organisation chart. We are accountable through our Chairman to the Secretary of State for Health, who is accountable to Parliament. Our Framework Document sets out our remit, while our Business Plan is agreed annually with the Department of Health.

Board meeting are held every two months, and since October 2003 Board Reports and Minutes have been published via this website.

Other key corporate documents include our Risk management strategy and our Equality Scheme.  A list of our staff policies is also available.
